Office 2003 hyperlink in IE7

I have the following problem:

When I open a hyperlinked Word 2003 document in Internet explorer 7 the
filename is changed to "DOCUMENT IN WINDOWS INTERNET EXPLORER". in stead of
the actual filename. This name is placed in de document property "file name"
and is also used when I try to save the document.

Is this a known problem?
I saw something similar in article Kb245025 but that was Office 2000 and
should be solved.
