Office 2003 if you purchase Office XP

I downloaded a form from MS that stated If you purchase
Office XP by November or December 2003(I don't remember
exactly) you can get the same package in Office 2003 for
S&H. You get the CDs not the manuals. I can not find that
e-mail or the form!!! Does any one know of this offer and
what the url is to get another form?
