Office 2003 IME

Anybody know where I can download the IME for Chinese (Traditional) ? I am using WinXP and Office 2003 (both English) and want to enter traditional Chinese characters. The Office 2003 help pages refer to this download (and there are already a couple of "fixes" for it) but I can't find it anywhere to download it from. Help !

Him, I am referring to the note in the Office 2003 help on IME that states "If you used what was referred to as a Global IME with a previous version of Office, it will not work with Office 2003. You need to go to the Web site listed above to download an updated version." This is what I am looking for, not the WinXP or OfficeXP IME. Thanks !!
