Office 2003 Import vs US versions?

We are considering purchasing office pro 2003 off amazon
but seller says its a chinese version, though all
programs, etc are in english. I want to know if i can
expect any problems or program glitches from an imported
software package of office?
Thanks for any input!

Is that an official or unofficial chinese version?
There are plenty of the latter about
