Office 2003 installation CAB could not be found

When installing Office 2003 on an XP Pro machine, at the "Waiting for
Cabinets" stage of installation, I receive an "Installation Error: File not
Found. A required installation file PR103374.CAB could not be found"

This file is different if I choose a different installation option, i.e.
Custom, Minimum, etc. There is plenty of space on the hard disk. Other CAB
files do install. It is a fresh installation and no other versions of Office
or Works have been installed on the machine before.

1. Copy all the files from the Office 2003 CD to a folder in the hard disk.

2. Run the setup from folder where we copied the installation files.
