Office 2003 installation error right at the beginning

I am trotting to install Office 2003 on my laptop. As soon as the CD
initializes and starts to spin...I get the following error on the screen:

For Contact Manager : The application needs file and printer sharing to be
enabled...please enable and restate installation

Problem is File and Print sharing are enabled...?..I have checked twice and
rebooted but still get the error,

Any help will be appreciated !
