Office 2003 Installation

Keep getting "Waiting for cabinets to be cached to local installation source.
File: L3561403.cab" error message when I try to install Office 2003. Cab file
name changes but rest of the message is the same. Have previously installed
from this CD without any problems. New hard drive after crash now has Windows
XP SP2 installed before trying to install Office 2003. Currently have Office
XP pro installed.

Can't find an answer anywhere and no-one seems to be interested in answering
on other discussion groups. Can anyone help? How about an answer from
Microsoft - without being charged even more money!!

Clean the disk, could be dirty or scratched.
Try copying the disk to your hard drive and installing from there. There was a
