Office 2003 Installation

I have Office 2000 Premium loaded on my computer. I have downloaded a trial
version of Office 2003 Standard. I have now purchased Office 2003
Professional Upgrade. Two Questions:
1. What would the correct procedure be for installing the Office 2003
Professional Upgrade on my exisitng computer, given the fact that I have a
trial version of Office 2003 Standard loaded.

2. In the very near future I will be getting a new laptop. How will I go
about loading Office 2003 Pro on my new machine since what I purchased was an
upgrade. Will I have to install Office 2000 Premium, the install the Office
Pro 2003 on top of that?

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Uninstall the trial, prior to upgrading.
If a new pc start the install of 2003, if it complains about qualifying
product, pop 2k cd in.
Your new laptop may come with a version of Works, that qualifies as an
upgrade product.
