Office 2003 International Character Toolbar

Hello

My Office 2003 International Character Toolbar is no longer working.

I've tried reparing it (configuration, suppression/modification of
programs) and Windows says that it has been repaired but it still doesn't
work.

Any ideas what I might have done to disconnect it by mistake?

I'm having a similar problem. The international character toolbar
stopped working. First I tried repairing like Dave Neve. Then I tried
removing it & re-installing it. Even though the installation was
successful, Word (2003) doesn't see the toolbar (it's not even
available to add the toolbar in Tools->Customize->Toolbars). Also, I
can't seem to add it as a COM add-in either. Finally I tried
repairing Word itself through Help->Detect and Repair. But nothing is
working. Anyone have any ideas what might be going wrong?

Mine does not work either. I just migrated to Vista. Is this the problem?
Things worked fine until I migrated. At first, the toolbar would show, but
not work. I removed and re-installed the toolbar and now it does not show at
all. The toolbar is very useful for me. Does anyone know a work-around?
