Office 2003 Japanese IME Installation Instructions

I've looked at some other posts but I am confused, and was wondering if i
could have step-by-step instructions on how to get a Japanese IME installed
on Office 2003 so that I can input Japanese characters. I have tried
installing the Office XP IME, but it wanted me to have Office XP installed,
so that didn't work. I've went through the regional settings but I couldn't
find a way a Japanese IME anywhere. I've installed East-Asian languages.
