Office 2003 licence agreement

I have recently instlled two Dell PC's that came pre
imaged with XP Pro and Office 2003 SBE. Even after
product activation, office still presents the licence
agreement and you have to click 'accept' to begin using
the application. This happens regardless of the
application being accessed.
Is there a fix for this or a setting I have missed.
Any help will be greatly apreciated.
Cheers,
D.
