Dear Patrik,
Thank you for your post. I apologize for the delay of this thread.
The Office licese information are saved in Registry. We can use the method
recorded in the following Knowledge Based article to change the company
name and user name information:
290528 HOW TO: Change the Company Name and User Name in an Office XP Program
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=290528
Note: The above KB is for Office XP but we can configure Office 2003 by
referring it. Please pay attention that the related registry key for Office
2003 should be:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Common\UserInfo
Please try the method and let me know if it helps. If anything is unclear
or if you need further assistance, please let me know.
Thank you for your time and cooperation!
Regards,
Joe Wu

|Hi,
|
|I have installed Office 2003 in a Terminal Server 2003
|environment. During the installation I put in a General
|licens information (company based). After a user logged on
|the terminal server and enterd the "Name and Signature"
|information in Office, all users have the same licens
|information. I would prefer that the licens information
|would be for example company related instead. Anyone who
|have any idea how to change this licens info. PS! I have
|tried to uninstalled and reinstall.
|
|/Patrik
