To: Those of you that have had this EULA problem with 2003 on Vista
I am having the same problem with my new HP desktop. Techs are recommending
the "administrator" login to "accept" the agreement. This does not work. HP
technical support can't help and they claim ignorance. Has anyone found a
steadfast resolution to this problem, or do I have to buy Office 2007 for
$300.00?
