Office 2003 missing msp file

After adding a hard drive and making it the boot drive, I formatted the old
drive. Now, when I try to open office applications, I get a message that it
is no longer functioning properly and that I should repair it. When I try to
run setup it looks for an MSP file that doesn't exist. I tried to deleted the
program and re-install it again with the same problem.
Please help.

Are Office and Windows installed on the same drive?
After you use the utility, leave your installation files on your drive.
