Office 2003 MUI and OS

Hi all together,

I read a lot about Office 2003 MUI. But about this I have one question.
For a project we should implement a Citrix MetaFrame PS 3.0 environment on
German Windows 2003 OS. One requirement is to install Office 2003 MUI for
German and English. The core Office 2003 installation must be English I know,
but what is with the OS, can this stay German or must this also be English?
