Office 2003 MUI SP1 - IPMAIN11.AW Issue

When I apply the MUI SP1 .msp patch file to my .MSI administrative
installation points, the packages will no longer work as I receive an error
saying 'The file IPMAIN11.AW_(LCID) cannot be installed because it cannot be
found in the cabinet file MUI(LCID).CAB'. e.g. 'The file IPMAIN11.AW_1041
cannot be installed found in the cabinet file MUI1041.CAB'.

This applies to my German (1031), French (1036), Italian (1040) and Japanese
(1041) installation packages.

On the following link it states this file is not installed with MUI service
pack for all languages: -

Does anyone know either a work around to this problem, or how and where to
obtain these files?
