Office 2003 - Name does not appear on the "Licensed To" Informatio

License Name Missing?

I recently purchased Office 2003. I activated the products and everything seems fine except one minor detail. When I click on the "About ___" in the Help Menu, I can see the product ID but the "This product is licensed to _____" is left blank. My name should be appearing on there, right? What is the remedy for this?

Open Word->Tools->Options->User Information. Make sure your name is entered
there. You should have had a prompt when installing to enter your user
information.
