Office 2003-Need a Macro

I have a few hundred emails that have mailing addresses
on them that i need to put the all the mailing addresses
into an excel spreadsheet. Any suggestions on how I can
get all the addresses into excel with out having to do it
manually.

Any help would be appreciated.

In Outlook, with "Contacts" displayed, click "File"
Choose "Import and Export"
Choose "Export to a file"
Choose "Microsoft Excel"
