Office 2003 not installing on Visa ultimate 64 bit

Hi , I am trying to install my Office 2003 on my New Windows Vista Ultimate
64 bit system, But everytime I try to installation hangs while trying to copy
some cab file with the name SKU011.CAB.
Any suggestion on how to install Office 2003 on Vista Ultimate 64 bit?
