If it's a generic OEM CD, it will if the last time you activated it was over 120 days ago, but you will be violating the EULA to use it even though it will install, activate, become "genuine" and no one but you will be the wiser. The Office 03 product key on the Dell died with the Dell machine. If you don't use Outlook, another alternative is to use Open Office.
