Office 2003 OEM Upgrade Certificate

Just recently installed and activated a new OEM copy of Office 2003. The
text on the NewEgg site mentioned an upgrade certificate for 2007, but I
haven't been able to find any information about how to access this or receive
this and the like. NewEgg cust support hasn't given me any real info at
this point.

Can somebody at least point me in the right direction?

I believe that offer was valid for purchases made before March 31, 2007,
and you had to mail your upgrade request before May 31, 2007. See
