Office 2003 / Office 2007 Calendar Sharing/Web Publishing

I am in need of a shared calendar that synchs to a local POP outlook client.
We manage our schedule from one outlook account, but then want to have this
calender published back to the web so that my team can make changes and
edits. There was a solution with MSN / Hotmail and IMAP integration into
outlook, but that product seems to have been done away with from Microsoft.

Does anyone have any insight as to how Outlook 2007 or for that matter,
Outlook 2003 might accomplish this. We are currently using a Yahoo account
to synch via intelisynch...not always accurate and not automated.
