Office 2003 on the same machine with Works Suite 2002

After installing Office 2003 on my PC that has Works Suite 2002, some of the Works programs no longer work, starting Works task launcher and Works Portfolio will give EULA error, trying to reinstall Works Suite will give "This patch package could not be opened...." error. Any way to fix it? Thank.

Why on earth would you still want work suite when you have office 2003 ???
