i feel disappointed with office 2003 service pack 3.
after installing it, when i open many old office documents (eg, word,
powerpoint, excel) that were created about 10 years ago, office would not
open them and just say due to restriction in registry / policy it will not
open it. i tried to follow MS knowledgebase articles, but could not find the
specific registry key to modify. so im stuck.
microsoft, please improve your products and not make them worse! your so
called security restrictions have no meaning for me except to cause more
problems and inconvenience!

Yes thanks for pointing the KB out, but as i said, I could not locate the
key! I could only locate part of the key in the highest levels, but as it
goes down the branch, they do not exist in my windows vista's registry. This
is the problem!!!!
