i have a user who compains of an hourglass issue, they have a brand new
spanking XW4300 hp workstation with xp sp1and office 2003 sp2.
there main woe is, when working in word, and copying and pasting
between windows (they have a dual screen setup), and hour glass appears
for approx 4 seconds, no other users compain of this, and he is certain
that this did not occur on his "old" workstation!
i have tried setting xp to classic, removing all of words
customizations etc (setting back to default) also ran a cleanup
utility, and disabled McAfee, still an issue!, i am wondering is this a
real issue or not?!
can someone please advise of a possible workaround/fix?
