Office 2003 on Windows 2000?

I am currently running Office 2000 Professional on Windows 2000. Our
computers are leased. The lease is up for renewal this fall so we will
be getting all new machines then. I imagine the new machines will have
Windows XP installed.

I want to upgrade to Office 2003. Will I encounter any problems
upgrading Office from 2000 to 2003 now on the Windows 2000 machines or
should I wait until we get new machines running Windows XP?

I was thinking that if I upgrade Office now, that would be one less
headache when we have to upgrade the machines in the fall. We will
already be on Office 2003.

The components I use are Word, Outlook, Access, Publisher, and Excel
in that order.

Thanks

For Windows 2000, Office 2003 requires SP3 to be installed. If you do not
have Windows 2000 SP3, you will receive an error message when you start the
installation of Office 2003. The system requirements for Office 2003 are
available here:
