Office 2003 - only seeing things in black and white

MEG - Wishing I was in Dartmouth

One of the users in our group is only seeing things in black and white in his
Office 2003 package. All his other programs run in colour AND if he creates
documents and makes font attributes etc in colour and then he e-mails them to
someone, even though he cannot see the colour the receiver can.
I'm stumped on this one. If anyone can help that would be wonderful.

Check Accessibility Options in the Windows Control Panel. Is the user
running in High Contrast mode?

Also check System | Device Manager | Display Adapers. Disable SMS Remote
Control Agent and reboot.

There are other things to try if those don't work, but I'm guessing they're
the most likely here.
