Office 2003 "Open New Document" command gone

I used to have a selection in my Start menu for "Open New Document" that took
me to a box where I would select New Doc/Spreadsheet/Presentation, etc, plus
tabs for templates, etc.

Well, I installed Office 07 to check it out (with the option to keep Office
03 installed). I didn't like it for now, so removed it.

This Start menu option has also gone away. How can I restore it?
