Office 2003 (Outlook)

I had to reinstall Office on a new computer and am now having trouble opening
up Outlook. I keep getting the following message," Unable to open your
default email folder. The informnation store could not be opened.

Any suggestions on correcting this problem? the rest of office seems to be
working allright

Your mail profile is not configured correctly.
