Office 2003 over Office XP

I have Office XP (2002) Professional on my PC, I want to
upgrade to Office 2003 Standard. My question is, will I
lose Access 2002?

Please Advise.

No. You will still have Access 2002, but it will be slightly modified by
some common components being updated.
