Office 2003 - Photo Editor?

Someone just told me that office 2003 did not include
Photo Editor??? I've used photo editor for many years
and it has problems but all in all, its a great program.
Truth is,, if Photo Editor is not included with 2003, I
probably won't upgrade.

Does anyone know for sure if PE is or is not included with
Office 2003?

No, it isn't. You could always try installing it from the XP CD...not sure
how compatible it would be, though. Bob'll be able to tell you more than me.

It does include a new (little-publicized) application called Microsoft
Office Picture Manager that has photo editing capabilities. (For those with
Office installed, it's off the Microsoft Office | Microsoft Office Tools
menu.

I like it. I just don't allow it to associate the extensions it can handle. But it is excellent as a helper app in like FrontPage 2003.
