Office 2003 Picture manager and Microsoft Photo Editor

I am upgrading my entire company (350 users) from Office 2000 to Office 2003
using an Admin Point as the install source. My question is: when installing
Office 2003 with Picture Manager, will this automatically remove Microsoft
Photo Editor? Any help would be appreciated. -keith
