Office 2003.. "Please wait while windows configures"

We're having huge problems with Office 2003 deployment. I hope we are doing
everything right and haven't over seen something.

We have installed office 2003 with an administrative share (running setup
/a) to a file server. We then run the setup.exe from the file server Select
everything to run locally on PC, then we configure word, powerpoint, etc. on
the client machine we are preparing for imaging (we will be using ghost) we
then run office 2003 resource kit "profile wizard" - Create the OPS file and
the incorporate that within the Custom Installation Wizard.

The Custom Installation Wizard from ORK 2003 is set to open the PRO11.MSI,
we then create the mst file, configure office to Run all from My computer. We
then add the values from the OPS file we created from the profile wizard.
Migrate user setting is not checked. In the Modify setup properties area the
only addition we add is nousername=0.

Any time a new user logs in they are greeted with an annoying "please wait
while windows configures Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003" - like a
mini-setup.
They are then also asked to enter the username and initials. How can we get
rid of this annoying prompt? why isn't this an option in the standard install?

This is a massive problem because we will be rolling this out to a college,
we have different students logging in every day. We do not want them to see
any kind of installation or have the option to put in names and initials.

Many Thanks

Rod
