Office 2003 Pro for $70?

Does anyone have any information about the legality or legitimacy of web
sites offering to sell full versions of Microsoft (and others') products for
unbelievably low prices?

Specifically I have seen offers for M$ Office 2003 Pro for $70 - instead of
the $500 retail price (or whatever). I know that you don't get a box - only a
download of an install, and I understand you forfeit any support rights you
may have had, but other than this are there catches or gotcha's?

I don't want to give the sites' URLs (not sure of the posting policy), but a
Google search returns several of these sites very easily.

Any advice greatly appreciated.
