Office 2003 Pro question

Hi, what are the differences (if any) between:

Microsoft Office 2003 Professional
Microsoft Office 2003 Professional (Academic Edition)

I was told they're both exactly the same product, feature-wise,
except you need to be a student to buy the AE version? Is that
right? If so, where does the Teachers and Students Edition come
into all this? Very confused...

Further to my question, how many CDs does Office 2003 Pro come on?
The Academic Edition I've seen ships with 2, but I thought 3 were
expected?

The main features of each
Office 2003 Student and Teacher E
contains only Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoin
is for NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY (ie: must be a qualified education user
and the big one ... it can be installed on 3 COMPUTERS!!!

Office 2003 Professional E
contains Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Business Contact Manager, Access and Publishe
can be installed on ONLY ONE COMPUTE

If you see an 'Office 2003 Professional Edition (Academic Edition)' then this has the apps in the Pro suite, the same 1-PC installation license but with the restriction that it is for 'qualified education users' only. Student and teach ed is GREAT for homes where mum and dad have a computer of their own and so do their 1 or 2 kids - they can all get the basic MS office apps in one hit. Pro edition is really only good if you need those additional apps (Business Contact Manager, Acces, Publisher

p.s. I hope this is lucid enough, I've just dislocated 3 ribs, so I'm awake late at night trying to be coherent
