Office 2003 Pro SP1

I bought and installed Office Pro 2003 on my PC (XP Pro) and SP1 will not
install. Will getting a CD of SP1 solve the problem, and if so, where do I
download it? I do not use Hotmail; please copy reply to (e-mail address removed)
which I use for stuff like this. Thanks.

Getting the SP1 file on a CD may resolve the problem --- no way to know
for sure since you don't say what the problem is.

The problem is that using the automatic updates icon, I try to install SP1
but it fails to install, consistently. Dunno why.
