Office 2003 Pro Spontaneous Re-Installs

Every so often, and for no apparent reason, Office 2003 re-installs itself.
When I start one of the applications in the suite, the installation dialogue
box appears and the install process begins.

I tried to completely uninstall and then re-install the whole lot from
scratch and that seemed to work, but it just happened again tonight. I have
just recently update my virus scan program (From McAfee Internet Security
Suite 5 to McAfee Internet Security Suite 2005). As this integrates quite
closely with Outlook, could this have caused the problem this time -
although it would not explain the previous episodes?

I have the latest patches and service packs installed for both Office and
Windows XP.

Any ideas?

Can't say for sure McAfee is the cause of your problem but the Internet
Security Suite caused me all kinds of problems and Virus Scan caused windows
explorer to crash when a file was right clicked. All the problems went away
after I uninstalled the software and returned it for a refund.
