Office 2003 Pro Upgrade to 2007 Pro

I own a full retail copy of Office 2003 Pro, I want to buy the upgrade to
Office 2007 Pro using an upgrade path. Under the 2003 Pro license you can
install it on your main PC and a laptop.

Will the upgrade disc upgrade both my PC and my laptop, I assume yes but
don't want to get caught out.

desktop and one moble device...
