Office 2003 pro wont load

I have been trying to install Office 2003 Pro onto my machine running XP Pro.

The install goes relativly well, until this message keeps popping up

Error 1904. Setup cannot register module C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\OFFICE11\1033\MSRCLR40.DLL.If you click 'Cancel' or 'Ignore', run
Setup again and reinstall or repairyour Office installation. If problem
persists, contact your InformationTechnology dept.

I cannot find a fix for this.

Any ideas?
