Get "incomplete download" message in attempting to update MS Office 2003
Professional. I have attempted to remove Office 2003 to reinstall it, and am
unable to removed it through the regular control panel method. Any
suggestions?

Your Office installation may have become corrupted, in these cases try using
the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility to remove the product info from your
machine and then reinstall Office manually.

THANKS FOR THE SUGGESTION. I WAS ABLE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM BY DOWNLOADING
SP2 FOR WINDOWS XP AND A LITTLE HELP FROM NORTON UTILITIES. SEEMS AS IF I
DID NOT HAVE TO UNINSTALL OFFICE TO GET THE DESIRED RESULT.
