office 2003 products won't initiate

When I try to open an office 2003 program I get this application error. The
application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002). Click on OK to
terminate the application. This began happening after we had to reset the
computer to the original factory settings (some files were accidently erased)
and then reinstall the program. How can I fix this problem?
