Office 2003 Professional - activation problem

C

Clare Bruton

I have installed Office 2003 Pro which was purchased through MS Home Use but
I cannot activate it. When I open an MS Office program it asks me if I would
like to activate the software over the internet or the telephone so I just
respond "Next" to activate over the internet. For a couple of seconds it
connects then I get the following message: "Your installation cannot be
activated because you have activated up to the limit for your product key."
I haven't installed the software on any other system but this is a
reinstallation to this system as the pc crashed during the first installation
(power cut!).
Can anyone tell me how I can activate this product?
THanks
Clare

I have the exact same problem and I've tried the telephone activation option.
The problem is when you call the number provided in the telephone activation
option it just gives you a machine, there's no actual person to talk to.
Does anyone have an number or email address where I can actually speak to a
person?

thanks
