Office 2003 Professional and Office 97 Professional

I have installed and uninstalled Office Pro 30 Day Direct
CD Trial. The set up of 2003 Trial recommended that I
uninstall Office 99. I did. Now I am trying to reinstall
Office 97 Professional from my CD. I have been able to
reinstall all except Access 97. When I try to open any
access 97 db I get a message that "Access can't start
because there is no license for it on the machine." I am
not ready to convert to Office 2003 now. I have security
issues that need to be resolved in the 97 version before I
can convert over. I must be able to reinstall Access 97.
Also, When I inserted the 97 CD, ran the reinstall it did
not ask me to register the product. Thanks for your help.
