Office 2003 Professional - License & 64 bit OS

I installed this suite of programs a few years ago on my XP machine; I'm the
original owner and have the discs. I just bought a Vista 64 bit machine.

Q1) Am I good to go on that second machine without another license or do
I have to call somewhere for an additional purchase?

Q2) In trying to research Q1 I stumbled upon an article on Office 2010. A
comment was made about it being offerred for both 32 and 64 bit machines...
when available. That made me wonder: will 2003 run without incident on my 64
bit machine?

1) If its a retail edition, simply install it, haveing first uninstalled any
Office trial and the activation assistant then rebooted
2) Currently there isnt a 64bit version of office, when next version is
released, late 2010? what it final edition is, who knows.
