Office 2003 Professional

I just purchased Office 2003 Professional. The manual
indicates I must "activate" Office 2003 Edition. I'm
thinking of purchasing a new computer. If I purchase a
new computer, will I be able to put this edition on the
new computer, or would I have to purchase ANOTHER copy of
this program?

The manual indicates I can move my Office files and
settings to another computer. Is this the same as using
the original disk on a new computer?

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Tony B,
If you do not activate your copy of Office it will go
into reduced functionality mode and you will not be able
to "effectively" use it.
In any Office application go to:
Help/About Microsoft Office Outlook (or any)/click "View End User License Agreement"
The EULA tells you how you can use Office, installations, etc...
If you purchase a new computer in the future, just
uninstall from old, then reinstall on new. If the online
activation does not work, call the toll free number
provided and explain what you did to the operator.
