Office 2003 Proofing Tools

I cannot use Office 2003 without added proofing tool. When I go to the site
where 2003 proofing tools are sold, and even though it says it is the 2003
version, the window that opens shows Microsoft Proofing Tools for Office
2002.

The 2002 version will not install for Office 2003, and it is not true that
the old proofing tools will keep running if Office 2003 is installed on top
of the previous version.

Unless there is something that was not told. Tell me please.

Hi Nrsilva,

The Office 2003 proofing tools come up in the catalog
at http://shop.microsoft.com at
http://microsoft.com/PRODUCTS/info/datasheet.aspx?view=22&pcid=071b9ced-ed82-47ef-b5fa-a42ecbdec9b7

Outside the U.S. they're sold through software retailers.

The 2002 proofing tools *may* work if you upgrade Office 2003
over Office 2002, but they don't seem to always work as
well in that scenario as 2000 to 2002 was.

MVP Mike Williams may have some additional insights
as he's the keeper of the FAQ on the proofing tools :)
