Office 2003 Repair fails - missing ZF561407.CAB

I seem to have lost the News reader menu item and cannot find it in the
Customize menu's anymore.
So I tried to Repair my Office installation using the CD, and after
about a third of the "progress-bar" the application claims it can't find
ZF561407.CAB. I have searched the CD and cannot find it either. What do
I do?
