Hi, I have Office 2003 professional on my work laptop which I have been
using for 2 and a half years without issue. Following the recent Windows
Genuine Advantage update my Office is now reporting as non genuine. The key
is from a multi-user license our company bought some time ago, but
unfortunately our IT manager recently passed away so I am trying to resolve
this issue.
Is there any way to challenge this as I believe it is a genuine copy and
refuse to pay £46 to talk to a suppport person. The key reports as being
from a corporate licence, which it is and says that my Office will be marked
as non genuine in 5 days.
Thanks
Marcus
