Office 2003 resource kit installation?

Hi,

I just picked up the Office 2003 Resource Kit and I'm wondering where is the
recommended location for installing the tools? Should I install it on the
Exchange server or our file server or my local workstation? I imagine it
works at all those locations but I'm wondering what the pros and cons are to
each.

What I'm planning on attempting is custimizing the Outlook setup and
installation.
