Office 2003 SBE "BIOS locked"

Having recently bought a new Lenovo laptop (WinXP Pro) I am buying
(from the same vendor) a version of Office 2003 SBE that is "BIOS
locked" and will only install on a Lenovo. I am assured that it will
install with no problems.

Are there any issues I should look out for?

Secondly, I already have Office97 Professional on this machine but
that will be uninstalled prior to installing Office 2003. However I
would like to retain Access97. Will that live alongside 2003, and
should I re-install Access97 first?

Install Access97 first, via custom install to eg \Program Files\Access97
Update access97 - assuming updates are avilable
Rename Access shortcut to Access97

Install 2003 & update

Issues; only in so much as an OEM version the licence lives & dies with the
PC its first installed on
